Test Drilling Capabilities

• Open Hole Test Drilling
  Traditional methods track soil conditions through visual observation and penetration rate. All data is logged by experienced drillers for client review and mine design planning.

• Smart Drills with MWD Technology
  ARI’s fleet includes SmartROC drills equipped with Measure While Drilling (MWD) capabilities. These systems generate detailed, visual logs of:

  • Penetration rate

  • Percussion energy

  • Feed pressure

  • Flush pressure

  This data helps interpolate material hardness and stratigraphy in real time—delivering more precise geological insights than conventional methods.

Rig & Sampling Options

• DTH (Down-the-Hole) and Rotary Drill Rigs

  • Optimal open hole diameters: 5.5” – 6.75”

  • Equipped with dust collection systems and particle cyclones

  • Optional add-on for precision sampling directly from cyclone discharge

• Reverse Circulation (RC) Capability
  Select rigs can be upfitted for reverse circulation core sampling to support more advanced geotechnical or resource evaluation programs.
